Born and raised in San Antonio, Marcos is truly happy to call San Antonio home and even happier to raise his two kids in the city he grew up in. His personal experience with buying and selling homes lead him to forming Cos Investments. He has purchased over 5 residential properties, and have since lived in them, rented, and flipped. From Schertz-Cibolo to downtown he has lived in several communities around San Antonio and doesn’t seem himself living anywhere else. When he’s not working, which is hardly ever, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, going on vacation, and eating Chick-Fil-A!

The person behind the scenes, Jamie assists with the day to day logistics to help with daily operations for Cos Investments. She is passionate about helping people, serving her community,and giving back to San Antonio. She is happy to call San Antonio home and raise her kids in a city and community that has corazon.When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, taking road trips, and eating Chinnaholic cinnamon rolls!

PETER BALAJADIA

A California native turned Texan, Pete has been happily living in San Antonio for over 20 years. He started off in real estate as a licensed realtor back in 2005 and then a broker in XXXX. He has assisted over XXX people with their buying, selling, and renting needs. He has knowledge and experience with residential, commercial, and investment properties. When he’s not showing houses, his passions include spending time with his grandkids, going to the mall, and eating tacos!!

As a 30 year+ resident of Military City USA and a United States Air Force Veteran, Jirah has a unique understanding of the San Antonio market as a real estate agent who works with buyers and sellers. Before Jirah decided to pursue real estate, Jirah earned a Master of Business Administration from The University of Incarnate Word.

Lysa Terrell

Realtor

Born and raised in San Antonio, Lysa has watched this city grow into an unrecognizable and sought-after place. Lysa has worn many hats over the years, but all of those hats have one thing in common – Customer Service. Lysa worked for our beloved H-E-B for seven years while earning her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation, minoring in Deaf Services from Stephen F Austin State University. After marrying her loving husband, Justin, who was in the US Marine Corps, they resided in California for five years while Lysa pursued Property Management. This opened the door to her interest in Real Estate, and became a real estate agent in 2022. Her husband, joining the San Antonio Fire Department, brought them and their new baby boy, Jayce, back home. Lysa now manages her rental property in Austin and is setting out to help families find a home in San Antonio. She has a heart for service and hopes to connect with First Responder families, the Deaf Community, and others seeking a professional who will go the extra mile.
